The only thing Belarus will remember from their Euro 2008 qualifying campaign will be their humiliating home defeat to Luxembourg. True, this did not harm their chances as they already had none, but losing to one of the weakest team in Europe was a disgrace.
This qualifying campaign sees Belarus without any real chances to qualify. Still, they will have to play better to erase the memories of that defeat and it they'll put a dent in the chances of one of the group leaders - they will be more than satisfied.
Bottom Line: We see no other option than finishing 4th.
