There were times, during Euro 2008 qualifying campaign, that Bosnia and Herzegovina looked to have good chances to qualify. Winning at home against Turkey allowed them to dream, but a chain of bad results sent them crashing out, finishing 11 points behind Turkey in 2nd place.
Now they have the chance to turn things around. As Spain look to be the best team in the group, Bosnia and Herzegovina will try to surprise everyone and take the 2nd place. The chances to beat Turkey to it are not great, but it's all about trying.

Bottom Line: Good away performances might see them qualify, or at least getting close.
